I’m Kylie Griffiths-Wilson Creative Director, Health Coach and Founder of Stress Sucks.
My work sits at the intersection of culture, wellbeing and performance. I started out as Fashion Editor at VICE Media before moving into styling and creative direction, working with artists including Boy Better Know, Kali Uchis, JME, Ciara and 5 Seconds of Summer.
Years spent in fast-paced creative environments shaped my interest in stress, resilience and what supports people to perform well without burning out.
That led me into training in health coaching, meditation, EFT and Reiki, alongside ongoing study in clinical herbalism. My work draws on nervous system regulation and mind-body health, with a focus on making wellbeing feel grounded, practical and accessible — not rarefied or prescriptive.
Through Stress Sucks, coaching, workshops and creative projects, I’m interested in translating wellbeing into something relevant to modern life: intelligent tools for feeling better, functioning better and living with more ease.

Some client love.
“Kylie has an incredible ability to tune into exactly what you need. Every session feels completely tailored, depending on where you’re at physically and emotionally. Sometimes it’s grounding, sometimes calming, sometimes releasing, but I always leave feeling noticeably more balanced. I trust her completely and would highly recommend her work.”

“Kylie’s health coaching goes far beyond surface-level advice. Her approach encourages real reflection, but also gives you clear, practical steps you can actually implement. It feels like a combination of coaching and a full health reset. Thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely effective.”

“Working with Kylie was genuinely transformative. Using tools like the Wheel of Life, we broke down what I wanted to change into clear, manageable steps. I’ve already started to see real shifts, and I feel far more focused and motivated. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for structured, meaningful change.”
